Jhih-Ting Wong

Jhih-Ting Wong was born in Taiwan and started her piano lessons at the age of five. At Taipei National University of Arts, she began her piano studies, which she completed with a Bachelor's degree. She then proceeded with her studies in Germany at the Karlsruhe University of Music with an excellent Master's degree in Lied Interpretation in the class of Prof. Harmut Höll and Prof. Mitsuko Shirai. complemented her course of study in Prof Dr. h. c. Kalle Randalu's class with a concert exam, which she finished with honors.
She regularly performs with renowned artists such as the trumpet player Reinhold Friedrich and the orchestra of the Hessischer Rundfunk (German Public Radio of Hesse) or plays at Oper Frankfurt and various master classes at different music universities. Jhih-Ting Wong is a lecturer for wind instruments at the Karlsruhe University of Music.
